Zenith Boss — Complete Strategy Guide

The Zenith Boss is one of the hardest encounters in Haze Seas. This walkthrough covers everything you need to secure the kill.

Prerequisites

• Level 500+ recommended
• Haki: All three types at least level 3
• Fruit: Magma or Dragon recommended for the flight advantage
• Weapon: Golden Staff or 3SS V2

Phase 1 — Ground Assault

Zenith starts with melee combos. Dodge to the side, not backward — his forward lunge has massive range.

• Counter after his 3-hit combo (the third hit has recovery lag)
• Use Flash Step to avoid his ground slam AoE
• Build up your Haki gauge during this phase

Phase 2 — Aerial Barrage (50% HP)

Zenith takes flight and rains projectiles. This is the most dangerous phase.

• Use Sky Walk to match his altitude
• Dodge perpendicular to the projectile path
• Only attack when he pauses to charge his beam attack
• Dragon fruit users: stay above him and use breath attacks

Phase 3 — Enrage (25% HP)

Zenith gains 50% attack speed and damage. His attack patterns speed up.

• Pop all buffs at 30% HP to burst him through this phase fast
• Azure Inferno (Black Leg V2) or Volcanic Emperor (Magma) are ideal finishers
• Do NOT try to trade hits — his enrage damage will kill you in 2–3 hits
